Bible 101! - Is a 6 to 8 week class to be offered during the 9:30 hour on Sunday mornings beginning Dec. 14th. Reverend Sarah Hollar will lead the class. Following this class, the group may select a particular book in the Bible to study in depth. If you are interested in participating in Bible 101, please sign up on the sign up sheets posted in the Parish Hall, or contact Mary Kendrick at marykkendrick@yahoo.com or 704-503-4797.

Stewardship Update - Stewardship reports a total of 79 pledges thus far totaling $166,750.00.
2nd Annual Christmas Wreath & Tree Sale - Sales start today. Proceeds go to Costa Rica Outreach Mission.
Costa Rica Mission Trip - Anyone who believes they may be interested in participating in our next Costa Rica Mission Trip may attend a round table discussion today following the 10:30 service.
W.I.N.E. - will meet tomorrow, Monday, November 17th at the home of Dawn Middleton at 6:30pm.
Calling all Youth - We will be baking pies this Saturday, November 22nd from 10am - 4pm. Meet in the Parish Hall and bring $5 for lunch.
Assemble an Advent Wreath
Join the children in the Sunday school hour to make an Advent wreath for your home. At 9:30am on Sunday, November 30, you and your child are invited to the Old Rectory to assemble a wreath. All supplies will be provided. The Advent wreath is a wonderful way to share the story of Jesus’ birth with the whole family. Families of any size and description are welcome.
Bishop Alert - On November 30th, Advent I, Assistant Bishop William O. Gregg will visit St Mark’s to preach and celebrate at the 8:30 and 10:30 services. This is his first “unofficial” visit. Please come meet and make welcome our newest bishop.
