St. Mark’s Retreats to the Hill - Mark your calendar now. St. Mark’s gathers for fun, food and fellowship at our annual Parish Retreat. This year, the celebration is easy as it all unfolds on our hill. Friday, May 22nd come for Mexican Food and Family Bingo. Saturday the 23rd arrive early for crafts, games, tours of the raptor center, fishing, lunch on the grounds, afternoon card playing, lectures, more games. End the day with a dinner cook out and evening Variety Show. Activity sign up sheets are posted in the Osborne Hall.
Mother’s Day Offering - Penick Village is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of North Carolina, located in Southern Pines. In 1957, the Diocese of North Carolina, made a commitment to raise money at Mother’s Day to build “The Episcopal Home for the Ageing.” Please place this offering in the Mother’s Day envelopes available in each pew.
